European Property Awards for Glinianka Park in Łubna and Ozimska Park in Opole

Honourable mentions for two of our projects in the European Property Awards competition. Ozimska Park in Opole was awarded in the Commercial Renovation / Redevelopment Poland category, while Park Glinianka in Łubna near Warsaw won in the Retail Development Poland category.

In addition, Park Glinianka received also a 5-star award for its unique green recreational area. The project, as the winner in Poland, was nominated for a European award in the Architecture Landscape category.

We would like to thank to MODO Architektura from Poznań and everyone who has contributed to these successes.

We are proud that our solutions are appreciated on an international level – this is a great motivation for us to further improvement our projects.

The awarding ceremony took place on June 27 in London during the official gala. The awards were received by Łukasz Komierowski, CEO of REDKOM Development.

We will realize “Redkom Logistic Park Opole” in Chrząstowice near Opole

The industrial and warehouse facility will have a total area of 23,740 sqm, including 22,865 sqm of warehouse space and 875 sqm of social and office space. The commencement of works is planned for the first half of next year, and their completion at the turn of 2024 and 2025.

The advantage of the investment is its location – the proximity of Opole (10 km) or cities such as Wrocław, Katowice and Częstochowa (approx. 100 km), as well as the proximity to the highways: A4 (30 km) and A1 (70 km) and to the border with Czech Republic (54 km) and Germany (240 km). “Logistic Park Opole” will be equipped with photovoltaics and charging stations for electric vehicles.

MODO Architektura Sp. z o.o. was responsible for preparing the architectural design of the project.

JULA among the tenants of Ozimska Park in Opole

We have signed a lease agreement with JULA, a Swedish chain of multimarkets. It will be its first store in Opole and the entire Voivodeship. The opening of Ozimska Park is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.

JULA has been on the market since 1979, and in Poland for over 10 years. It offers customers a wide and carefully selected range of items for the home, garden or garage. In addition, its assortment will include electrical nd domestic appliances, workwear and many accessories for people who spend their time actively, e.g. fishing, hiking or cycling.

The total leasable area after the reconstruction of the retail park will amount to approx. 18,000 sq m, with space for over 30 outlets. Among the companies that have already rented space in Ozimska Park, there is e.g. Kaufland and Sinsay.

The general contractor of the investment is Daldehog. Mallson and JLL are responsible for leasing the space, while Scallier is in charge of supervising the commercialization.

We have started the redevelopment of Ozimska Park in Opole

REDKOM started the redevelopment of Ozimska Park. Daldehog Poland has become the General Contractor of the investment. The shopping centre will be one of the most important and modern on the map of Opole. The opening of Ozimska Park in its new appearance is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Among the companies that have already leased space there are the grocery chain Kaufland, the Przyjazna Pharmacy and the clothing brand Sinsay. A DIY store and a drugstore are also expected to join them. In addition, there will be space for catering facilities. The total lease area after redevelopment will reach approx. 18,000 sqm, with space for more than 30 retail and service outlets. A green walkway will be created between the buildings to encourage spending time with family and friends. The retail park is located in the very centre of the capital of the Opole voivodship, at 72 Ozimska Street, and will form a single shopping centre with the existing Agata Meble shop.

Park Glinianka finally opened!

Park Glinianka was officially opened in Łubna on 30 March 2023. The CEO of REDKOM Development Łukasz Komierowski and representatives of the facility’s largest tenant, Carrefour, participated in ribbon cutting ceremony inaugurating the opening of the new retail park. The ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, partners and a crowd of customers.

The opening of Park Glinianka was accompanied by numerous attractions for visitors, prepared both by the investor and tenants operating within the shopping center.

The retail zone is made of two buildings with a total area of over 10,000 sq m. The brands such as Carrefour, Rossmann, Sinsay, Pepco, TEDI and KIK have already operated within the mall. The facility has also gained further tenants, including Jysk and Grzybki Bakery Shop.
The complex’s recreational zone provides that visitors of the retail park, in addition to running errands, can relax on a park bench or play beach volleyball on the court, while children can spend time actively at the playground with trampolines and swings.
Glinianka Park is located at Łubna 69 and is open from Monday to Saturday and on shopping Sundays.

On March 30, 2023 Park Glinianka in Łubna near Warsaw will be open to public. Our offer is addressed primarily to the inhabitants of the Piaseczno district, as well as to all those who will be passing through. The modern retail park will combine a commercial zone with a recreation and leisure one. In addition to a wide range of services and commercial outlets, e.g. grocery store, fashion and drugstores, it will have an outdoor relaxation space located by the pond and a beach volleyball court. We are almost done with the works and tidying up the area is ahead of us.

Carrefour joins the tenants of Park Glinianka near Warsaw

Carrefour is among the tenants of Park Glinianka – a project implemented in Łubna near Warsaw by REDKOM Development. The popular brand, by origin from France, has been present on the polish market since 1997. Currently, there are over 900 chain stores in 6 formats – mainly hypermarkets and supermarkets. The list of retail outlets will soon be expanded by other well-known brands from many industries, including fashion, drugstore and homeware. Other potential partners that consider running a business in the facility are still invited. Ultimately, the area of 10,000 sq m. will be occupied by several retail and service outlets.

Kaufland among the tenants of Ozimska Park in Opole

Kaufland is one of the first and largest tenants of Ozimska Park – an investment carried out by the REDKOM Group in Opole. The retail chain belonging to the Schwarz Group currently runs 239 stores in Poland and employs over 15,000 people. Ozimska Park will soon gain more tenants, including well-known clothing and home products brands or multimarkets (with active leisure accessories) as well as a drugstore and a pharmacy. There is also space for food outlets on the premises.
Ozimska Park will be an important retail facility on the map of Opole. The total leasable area after reconstruction will reach approx. 18,000 sq m. The official opening of the retail park is expected in autumn 2023.
