										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="0" data-end="356">On 27 May 2026, we opened Comfy Park Bydgoszcz in cooperation with Newgate Investment, the project’s new owner. The retail park is located at 115 Jana Pawła II Avenue, on one of the most established retail sites in this part of the city, formerly occupied by the Glinki shopping centre anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket.</p>
<p data-start="358" data-end="638">In its first phase, the scheme delivers 16,000 sqm of gross leasable area. It serves the surrounding residential districts, including Glinki, Wyżyny, Szwederowo and Wzgórze Wolności, and is positioned around a tenant mix designed to secure consistent, day-to-day consumer traffic.</p>
<p data-start="640" data-end="942">The tenant lineup comprises Carrefour, Rossmann, TEDi, Pepco, Jysk, Media Expert, Sinsay, Woolworth, Maxi Zoo, Łap Ciuszek, Bottlery, Dr Materac, CentrumRowerowe.pl, Żabka and Piekarnia Grochola, alongside Xtreme Fitness and Xtreme Kids, which add a leisure and family-oriented component to the scheme.</p>
<p data-start="944" data-end="1361" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">The project included the redevelopment and expansion of the former retail centre, as well as a comprehensive reconfiguration of the surrounding area, improved site visibility and full alignment with current retail park standards. The scheme now offers an enlarged car park, bicycle facilities, rest areas and covered pedestrian walkways, with access infrastructure also upgraded. Further expansion phase is planned.</p>

Occupiers include Lidl, CCC, HalfPrice, eobuwie, Worldbox, Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, New Yorker, Diverse, Big Star and Ochnik. The offer is complemented by Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Douglas, Dr Materac, Pepco, Martes Sport, Apart, TUI Travel Agency, Koku Sushi and Hert Bakery. A Tauron customer service point is expected to open shortly.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Designed as a convenient one-stop shopping destination, BIG Dzierżoniów combines grocery, fashion, health and beauty, electronics and food &amp; beverage within a single location. The project responds to growing consumer demand for easily accessible retail formats that offer a comprehensive range of everyday products and services.</p>
<p>Leasing of the scheme was carried out in cooperation with Mallson Polska. BIG Dzierżoniów is the first of five retail park developments scheduled to open as part of Redkom Development’s 2026 delivery pipeline.</p>

<p data-start="492" data-end="636">The investment demonstrates how rapidly the retail park format is evolving in Poland. These changes are particularly visible in three key areas.</p>
<p data-start="638" data-end="763">First, <strong data-start="645" data-end="654">scale</strong>. Modern retail parks are now significantly larger than projects of this type developed just a few years ago.</p>
<p data-start="765" data-end="882">Second, <strong data-start="773" data-end="787">tenant mix</strong>. Retail parks are increasingly attracting brands traditionally associated with shopping malls.</p>
<p data-start="884" data-end="1034">Third, <strong data-start="891" data-end="908">functionality</strong>. Entertainment offerings, historically considered the domain of large shopping centres, are now becoming part of this format.</p>
<p data-start="1036" data-end="1114">The Tarnów development is one of the clearest examples of this transformation.</p>
<p data-start="1116" data-end="1473">The planned scheme will become the largest retail park in Tarnów. The complex, with a total GLA of approximately <strong data-start="1229" data-end="1243">35,000 sqm</strong>, will accommodate nearly <strong data-start="1269" data-end="1300">30 retail and service units</strong>. Cinema City Poland is part of <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Regal Cineworld Group</span></span>, the world’s second-largest cinema operator. In Poland, Cinema City currently operates <strong data-start="1747" data-end="1778">35 cinemas across 21 cities</strong> and is recognized as a market leader in innovative cinema technologies that deliver a completely new viewing experience.</p>
<p data-start="1901" data-end="2314" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">The new Tarnów cinema will be equipped with advanced digital projection systems and immersive surround sound technology. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="0" data-end="400"><strong data-start="0" data-end="191">Comfy Park Bydgoszcz, a new retail park, is being developed in the southern part of the city along <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Aleja Jana Pawła II</span></span>, on the site of the former Glinki Shopping Centre.</strong> <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Redkom Development</span></span>, the company responsible for both the construction and leasing of the project, has commenced infrastructure works aimed at improving access to the new retail destination.</p>
<p data-start="402" data-end="958">As part of the development, reconstruction of the roundabout is currently underway, while the next phase will include modernization of the access road from <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">ul. Szymborska</span></span>. These works are scheduled to begin in March this year, following completion of the required administrative procedures. Although this year’s winter temporarily slowed progress, roadworks remain on track. According to Redkom Development, this will not affect the opening schedule of Comfy Park Bydgoszcz, with retail operations set to commence on <strong data-start="942" data-end="957">26 May 2026</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="960" data-end="1284">Once completed, Comfy Park Bydgoszcz will offer approximately <strong data-start="1022" data-end="1036">20,000 sqm</strong> of modern retail space. The first phase will include stores in Buildings A and B, delivering a combined <strong data-start="1141" data-end="1155">16,000 sqm</strong> of leasable retail area. Building C, which will expand the complex further, is planned for a subsequent phase of the investment.</p>
<p data-start="1286" data-end="1610">Construction works in the buildings scheduled to open in May are now nearing completion. Interior finishing and tenant fit-outs are currently underway in Building A, where stores will soon begin operating. Meanwhile, façade works on Building B are progressing steadily, bringing the structure closer to its final appearance.</p>
<p data-start="1612" data-end="2394">One of the key tenants of the new retail park will be <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Carrefour</span></span>, occupying more than <strong data-start="1725" data-end="1738">4,000 sqm</strong>. <p data-start="491" data-end="788">The retail park is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">S17 Expressway</span></span>, near Andrzeja Sołtana Street, in a location with an exceptionally broad catchment area — stretching from Warsaw’s Wawer district through Józefów, Otwock, and Karczew, all the way to Kołbiel.</p>

<p data-start="354" data-end="561">Covering approximately <strong data-start="377" data-end="391">14,000 sqm</strong>, the development will feature a functional and carefully curated tenant mix designed to meet the needs of diverse customer groups. The scheme will include, among others:</p>
