On 27 May 2026, we opened Comfy Park Bydgoszcz in cooperation with Newgate Investment, the project’s new owner. The retail park is located at 115 Jana Pawła II Avenue, on one of the most established retail sites in this part of the city, formerly occupied by the Glinki shopping centre anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket.

In its first phase, the scheme delivers 16,000 sqm of gross leasable area. It serves the surrounding residential districts, including Glinki, Wyżyny, Szwederowo and Wzgórze Wolności, and is positioned around a tenant mix designed to secure consistent, day-to-day consumer traffic.

The tenant lineup comprises Carrefour, Rossmann, TEDi, Pepco, Jysk, Media Expert, Sinsay, Woolworth, Maxi Zoo, Łap Ciuszek, Bottlery, Dr Materac, CentrumRowerowe.pl, Żabka and Piekarnia Grochola, alongside Xtreme Fitness and Xtreme Kids, which add a leisure and family-oriented component to the scheme.

The project included the redevelopment and expansion of the former retail centre, as well as a comprehensive reconfiguration of the surrounding area, improved site visibility and full alignment with current retail park standards. The scheme now offers an enlarged car park, bicycle facilities, rest areas and covered pedestrian walkways, with access infrastructure also upgraded. Further expansion phase is planned.

BIG Dzierżoniów opened!

We have completed BIG Dzierżoniów, a new retail park comprising nearly 17,000 sqm of GLA. The scheme opened on 21 May 2026 at Batalionów Chłopskich Street, adjacent to Rondo Silesiana and the DW384 regional road connecting Dzierżoniów and Bielawa. Benefiting from strong visibility and convenient access, the project is set to serve both local residents and consumers from across the wider region.

The retail park brings together a broad mix of national and international brands, with fashion retailers playing a prominent role in the tenant lineup. Occupiers include Lidl, CCC, HalfPrice, eobuwie, Worldbox, Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, New Yorker, Diverse, Big Star and Ochnik. The offer is complemented by Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Douglas, Dr Materac, Pepco, Martes Sport, Apart, TUI Travel Agency, Koku Sushi and Hert Bakery. A Tauron customer service point is expected to open shortly.

Designed as a convenient one-stop shopping destination, BIG Dzierżoniów combines grocery, fashion, health and beauty, electronics and food & beverage within a single location. The project responds to growing consumer demand for easily accessible retail formats that offer a comprehensive range of everyday products and services.

Leasing of the scheme was carried out in cooperation with Mallson Polska. BIG Dzierżoniów is the first of five retail park developments scheduled to open as part of Redkom Development’s 2026 delivery pipeline.

Redkom Development brings new energy to Lublin

At the former Galeria Lubelska site on Aleja Witosa, we are transforming the space into a nearly 14,000 sqm GLA concept focused on sport, recreation, and active lifestyle, moving beyond the traditional retail model.

The project responds to changing urban consumer expectations by combining physical activity, entertainment, and convenient everyday services in one location.

Its tenant mix is built around brands generating regular footfall, including Xtreme Fitness Gyms, CentrumRowerowe.pl, ProPadel, and another local venue of FlyPark, creating a strong sport and family recreation destination.

The offer will be complemented by Carrefour, featuring a modern, easily accessible store format, alongside Sinsay and additional retail and service units.

The development reflects a broader shift in commercial real estate, where retail spaces increasingly evolve into multifunctional destinations centred on lifestyle and experience.

The planned retail complex on Lwowska Street (National Road 73) will feature a cinema operated by Cinema City Poland. This will be one of the first cinemas integrated into a retail park in Poland — a concept that until now has been reserved exclusively for shopping malls or standalone locations.

The investment demonstrates how rapidly the retail park format is evolving in Poland. These changes are particularly visible in three key areas.

First, scale. Modern retail parks are now significantly larger than projects of this type developed just a few years ago.

Second, tenant mix. Retail parks are increasingly attracting brands traditionally associated with shopping malls.

Third, functionality. Entertainment offerings, historically considered the domain of large shopping centres, are now becoming part of this format.

The Tarnów development is one of the clearest examples of this transformation.

The planned scheme will become the largest retail park in Tarnów. The complex, with a total GLA of approximately 35,000 sqm, will accommodate nearly 30 retail and service units. Confirmed tenants already include Lidl Polska, while the development will also feature a store operated by Agata Meble.

A key distinguishing feature of the project will be the inclusion of a Cinema City cinema. Cinema City Poland is part of Regal Cineworld Group, the world’s second-largest cinema operator. In Poland, Cinema City currently operates 35 cinemas across 21 cities and is recognized as a market leader in innovative cinema technologies that deliver a completely new viewing experience.

The new Tarnów cinema will be equipped with advanced digital projection systems and immersive surround sound technology. Visitors will enjoy comfortable screening rooms, exceptionally ergonomic seating, a broad food and beverage offering, and a diverse programme featuring both the latest blockbuster premieres and classic films that regularly return to the big screen as part of Cinema City’s special screenings.

Roadworks will improve access to the new COMFY PARK Bydgoszcz

Comfy Park Bydgoszcz, a new retail park, is being developed in the southern part of the city along Aleja Jana Pawła II, on the site of the former Glinki Shopping Centre. Redkom Development, the company responsible for both the construction and leasing of the project, has commenced infrastructure works aimed at improving access to the new retail destination.

As part of the development, reconstruction of the roundabout is currently underway, while the next phase will include modernization of the access road from ul. Szymborska. These works are scheduled to begin in March this year, following completion of the required administrative procedures. Although this year’s winter temporarily slowed progress, roadworks remain on track. According to Redkom Development, this will not affect the opening schedule of Comfy Park Bydgoszcz, with retail operations set to commence on 26 May 2026.

Once completed, Comfy Park Bydgoszcz will offer approximately 20,000 sqm of modern retail space. The first phase will include stores in Buildings A and B, delivering a combined 16,000 sqm of leasable retail area. Building C, which will expand the complex further, is planned for a subsequent phase of the investment.

Construction works in the buildings scheduled to open in May are now nearing completion. Interior finishing and tenant fit-outs are currently underway in Building A, where stores will soon begin operating. Meanwhile, façade works on Building B are progressing steadily, bringing the structure closer to its final appearance.

One of the key tenants of the new retail park will be Carrefour, occupying more than 4,000 sqm. Comfy Park Bydgoszcz will also feature stores from leading retail brands, including JYSK, Woolworth, TEDi, Pepco, Rossmann, Żabka, Media Expert, Maxi Zoo, Sinsay, and Dr Materac. The offer will be further complemented by Xtreme Fitness, Xtreme Kids, and Centrum Rowerowe.

Comfy Park Bydgoszcz has already received significant industry recognition, winning the Refurbishment Project category twice in prestigious real estate competitions: the CEE Investment Awards 2025 and the CEE Retail Awards 2026.

Świderek Retail Park – Construction Begins on a Strategic Commercial Investment in Otwock County

We have commenced construction of the Świderek Retail Park in Otwock — a project of key importance to the local commercial real estate market. Thanks to its scale, tenant structure, and prime location, the development is already regarded, even at the construction stage, as the leading retail destination in Otwock County.

The retail park is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the S17 Expressway, near Andrzeja Sołtana Street, in a location with an exceptionally broad catchment area — stretching from Warsaw’s Wawer district through Józefów, Otwock, and Karczew, all the way to Kołbiel.

Świderek will offer over 23,000 sqm of retail space and approximately 40 units located across four buildings and two pavilions, designed as a cohesive functional layout. The park will also provide around 700 parking spaces. Architectural elements will reference the region’s distinctive Świdermajer style, while green roofs will emphasize the project’s environmentally friendly character.

It will be the largest retail park in Otwock County and one of the largest retail park developments currently under construction in Poland. Its strength is further enhanced by the presence of grocery operator Lidl Polska and brands not currently available elsewhere in the region, including HalfPrice, eobuwie, Worldbox, JYSK, and Xtreme Kids — a concept combining activity, entertainment, and education for children.

Despite the pre-holiday period, we are not slowing down. Work on the development of Comfy Park Bydgoszcz (in Bydgoszcz city) is progressing at a very dynamic pace, and the project has now reached an advanced stage of construction. What is currently happening on site clearly demonstrates that the development is steadily moving closer to its next, operational phase.

Alongside construction works, the leasing process is being carried out with great intensity. Its results are clearly visible—we are pleased to confirm the signing of further significant lease agreements. The following tenants have joined Comfy Park Bydgoszcz:

The total area covered by the most recently signed leases exceeds 3,400 sqm of GLA, and the overall occupancy level of the project has already surpassed 93%. This confirms both strong tenant interest and the high attractiveness of the investment’s concept.

Such a high level of leasing is the result of a coherent and consistently implemented project strategy. From the very beginning, we assumed that Comfy Park Bydgoszcz would not be a traditional retail park, but a destination-driven place with a clearly defined character. The project combines retail with sports, leisure, and family-oriented functions—elements that genuinely generate footfall, attract customers from a wide catchment area, and extend the length of their visits.

A diversified tenant mix, the presence of everyday brands, family-oriented concepts, and physical activity operators will make Comfy Park Bydgoszcz a place for regular visits rather than just quick shopping trips.

The opening of the first two buildings is scheduled for 27 May 2026.

Our retail park development in Dzierżoniów has entered a key phase of construction!

Our investment in Dzierżoniów is progressing dynamically and has now entered a key phase of construction. In line with the project schedule, the opening is planned for May 2026, when residents of the city and the wider region will gain access to a modern, comprehensive shopping destination.

The project will comprise approximately 17,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) and nearly 30 retail units, making it one of the largest and most extensive retail parks in this part of Lower Silesia. The scale of the development, combined with a carefully planned tenant structure, will create a scheme with a strong market position and high attractiveness for customers.

A distinctive feature of the Dzierżoniów retail park is its above-average concentration of fashion brands, rarely seen in the retail park format. Key tenants will include brands from CCC Group:

We are pleased to announce the start of construction of a modern retail and leisure park, being developed on the site of the former Galeria Lubelska on Witosa Avenue in Lublin. This project will uniquely combine everyday shopping, active leisure, and sports, creating a new and attractive destination for residents of the city and the wider region.

Covering approximately 14,000 sqm, the development will feature a functional and carefully curated tenant mix designed to meet the needs of diverse customer groups. The scheme will include, among others:

Everyday shopping zone – anchored by Carrefour Polska as the grocery operator, along with the Sinsay fashion store, part of LPP S.A.
Active entertainment – FlyPark Poland, offering over 3,000 sqm of trampolines and attractions for children, teenagers, and adults.
Padel – a fast-growing sport – operated by ProPadel, featuring 8 modern courts across more than 3,000 sqm.
