The opening of\u00a0Ozimska Park is\u00a0scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"en\"><span class=\"markvdfh2nd8r\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">JULA<\/span>\u00a0has been on the market since 1979, and in Poland for over 10 years. It offers customers a wide and carefully selected range of items for\u00a0the\u00a0home, garden or garage. In addition, its assortment will include electrical nd domestic appliances, workwear and many accessories for people who spend their time actively, e.g. fishing, hiking or cycling.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"en\">The total leasable area after the reconstruction of the retail park will amount to approx. 18,000 sq\u00a0m, with space for over 30 outlets. Among the companies that have already rented space in Ozimska Park, there is e.g. Kaufland and Sinsay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"en\">The general contractor of the investment is Daldehog.
