REDKOM has finalised the purchase of the property intended for the development of Przystanek Karkonosze retail park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new shopping complex, with an area of approximately 16,000 square metres, will be located in Mi\u0142k\u00f3w, a suburb of Karpacz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The location, thanks to its direct proximity to routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Por\u0119ba and Jelenia G\u00f3ra, will be an exceptionally attractive destination for tens of thousands of residents of the surrounding villages and towns as well as numerous tourists visiting the region throughout the year.<\/p>\n

The Karkonosze Stop is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025. In addition to the Lidl Polska shop, the project envisages around 30 retail and service units, including fashion shops, a drive-thru restaurant and 400 parking spaces. The facility, will be another retail park in REDKOM’s portfolio.<\/p>\n

REDKOM Development has opened two attractive retail complexes in 2023 – Ozimska Park in Opole and Park Glinianka in \u0141ubna near Warsaw. Their total retail space delivered in 2023 amounted to more than 27,000 GLA. Both developments were awarded the prestigious European Property Awards 2023 and were nominated for the CEE Retail Awards 2024 and CIJ Awards Poland 2024.<\/p>\n
