On 12 April 2024, Redkom Development finalised the sale of Park Glinianka.<\/p>\n
The facility was purchased by CEE-BIG B.V. – congratulations!<\/p>\n
Park Glinianka, a modern retail park south of Warsaw (\u0141ubna) with a retail area of 10,200 sq m has been in operation for just one year, opening on 30 March 2023.<\/p>\n
In this short time, the retail park won the European Property Awards 2023 in the Retail Development Poland category and was nominated in the Architecture Landscape category – it received 5 stars for its unique green recreation and leisure area, which includes not only a pond surrounded by greenery and benches, but also a playground and a beach volleyball field.<\/p>\n
Glinianka Park has become a favourite place for residents even during the non-commercial period.<\/p>\n
On a daily basis, customers can benefit from a wide range of popular chain brands: Pepco, KIK, Rossmann, Dealz, Tedi, Sinsay, Verona, Home Landia, Grzybki, Jyskysk, Maxi Zoo and Carrefour.<\/p>\n
