Ozimska Park was fully developed and commissioned by our company, with its official opening taking place in <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"654\">November 2023<\/strong>. In <strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"667\">2024<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"679\">Redkom<\/strong> finalized the sale of the investment, which is now part of <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"763\">Newgate Investment\u2019s<\/strong> portfolio.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"1430\">\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1430\">\u201cCompleting the expansion of Ozimska Park according to schedule is the result of close cooperation between all teams involved, as well as efficiently managed design and construction processes.
