Our investment in Dzier\u017coni\u00f3w<\/strong> is progressing dynamically and has now entered a key phase of construction. In line with the project schedule, the opening is planned for May 2026<\/strong>, when residents of the city and the wider region will gain access to a modern, comprehensive shopping destination.<\/p>\n

The project will comprise approximately 17,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA)<\/strong> and nearly 30 retail units<\/strong>, making it one of the largest and most extensive retail parks in this part of Lower Silesia<\/strong>. The scale of the development, combined with a carefully planned tenant structure, will create a scheme with a strong market position and high attractiveness for customers.<\/p>\n

A distinctive feature of the Dzier\u017coni\u00f3w retail park is its above-average concentration of fashion brands<\/strong>, rarely seen in the retail park format. Key tenants will include brands from CCC Group<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
