Despite the pre-holiday period, we are not slowing down. Work on the development of Comfy Park Bydgoszcz (in Bydgoszcz city)<\/strong>\u00a0is progressing at a very dynamic pace, and the project has now reached an advanced stage of construction. What is currently happening on site clearly demonstrates that the development is steadily moving closer to its next, operational phase.<\/p>\n

Alongside construction works, the leasing process is being carried out with great intensity. Its results are clearly visible\u2014we are pleased to confirm the signing of further significant lease agreements. The following tenants have joined Comfy Park Bydgoszcz:<\/p>\n

    The total area covered by the most recently signed leases exceeds 3,400 sqm of GLA<\/strong>, and the overall occupancy level of the project has already surpassed 93%<\/strong>. This confirms both strong tenant interest and the high attractiveness of the investment\u2019s concept.<\/p>\n

    Such a high level of leasing is the result of a coherent and consistently implemented project strategy. From the very beginning, we assumed that Comfy Park Bydgoszcz would not be a traditional retail park, but a destination-driven place with a clearly defined character. The project combines retail with sports, leisure, and family-oriented functions\u2014elements that genuinely generate footfall, attract customers from a wide catchment area, and extend the length of their visits.<\/p>\n

    A diversified tenant mix, the presence of everyday brands, family-oriented concepts, and physical activity operators will make Comfy Park Bydgoszcz a place for regular visits rather than just quick shopping trips.<\/p>\n

    The opening of the first two buildings is scheduled for 27 May 2026.<\/strong>
    Ultimately, Comfy Park Bydgoszcz will comprise three buildings<\/strong> and nearly 20,000 sqm of retail space<\/strong>, becoming one of the most important retail and service destinations in this part of the city and the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
