Thanks to its scale, tenant structure, and prime location, the development is already regarded, even at the construction stage, as the leading retail destination in Otwock County.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"788\">The retail park is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">S17 Expressway<\/span><\/span>, near Andrzeja So\u0142tana Street, in a location with an exceptionally broad catchment area \u2014 stretching from Warsaw\u2019s Wawer district through J\u00f3zef\u00f3w, Otwock, and Karczew, all the way to Ko\u0142biel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"1178\">\u015awiderek will offer over 23,000 sqm of retail space and approximately 40 units located across four buildings and two pavilions, designed as a cohesive functional layout. The park will also provide around 700 parking spaces. Architectural elements will reference the region\u2019s distinctive \u015awidermajer style, while green roofs will emphasize the project\u2019s environmentally friendly character.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1769\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">It will be the largest retail park in Otwock County and one of the largest retail park developments currently under construction in Poland.
