The planned retail complex on Lwowska Street<\/span><\/span> (National Road 73) will feature a cinema operated by Cinema City Poland<\/span><\/span>. This will be one of the first cinemas integrated into a retail park in Poland \u2014 a concept that until now has been reserved exclusively for shopping malls or standalone locations.<\/p>\n

The investment demonstrates how rapidly the retail park format is evolving in Poland. These changes are particularly visible in three key areas.<\/p>\n

First, scale<\/strong>. Modern retail parks are now significantly larger than projects of this type developed just a few years ago.<\/p>\n

Second, tenant mix<\/strong>. Retail parks are increasingly attracting brands traditionally associated with shopping malls.<\/p>\n

Third, functionality<\/strong>. Entertainment offerings, historically considered the domain of large shopping centres, are now becoming part of this format.<\/p>\n

The Tarn\u00f3w development is one of the clearest examples of this transformation.<\/p>\n

The planned scheme will become the largest retail park in Tarn\u00f3w. The complex, with a total GLA of approximately 35,000 sqm<\/strong>, will accommodate nearly 30 retail and service units<\/strong>. Confirmed tenants already include Lidl Polska<\/span><\/span>, while the development will also feature a store operated by Agata Meble<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

A key distinguishing feature of the project will be the inclusion of a Cinema City<\/span><\/span> cinema. Cinema City Poland is part of Regal Cineworld Group<\/span><\/span>, the world\u2019s second-largest cinema operator. In Poland, Cinema City currently operates 35 cinemas across 21 cities<\/strong> and is recognized as a market leader in innovative cinema technologies that deliver a completely new viewing experience.<\/p>\n

The new Tarn\u00f3w cinema will be equipped with advanced digital projection systems and immersive surround sound technology. Visitors will enjoy comfortable screening rooms, exceptionally ergonomic seating, a broad food and beverage offering, and a diverse programme featuring both the latest blockbuster premieres and classic films that regularly return to the big screen as part of Cinema City\u2019s special screenings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
