A new retail park will be built as a result of the redevelopment of Galeria Lubelska located at 6 Wincentego Witosa Street in Lublin. It is situated in the vicinity of large housing estates (approximately 49,000 people living in the districts of Tatary, Kośminek, Felin and Bronowice). The facility will have about 13,500 m2 of retail area. The new project will combine shopping and leisure functions. Alongside the Carrefour grocery operator, tenants will include Sinsay as well as two large activity zones — FlyPark, covering more than 3,000 m², and ProPadel, which will occupy an additional 3,000 m². Thanks to this offer, the complex is expected to become an attractive destination not only for everyday shoppers, but also for residents looking for entertainment and active ways to spend their free time.
