We have signed a lease agreement with JULA, a Swedish chain of multimarkets. It will be its first store in Opole and the entire Voivodeship. The opening of Ozimska Park is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
JULA has been on the market since 1979, and in Poland for over 10 years. It offers customers a wide and carefully selected range of items for the home, garden or garage. In addition, its assortment will include electrical nd domestic appliances, workwear and many accessories for people who spend their time actively, e.g. fishing, hiking or cycling.
The total leasable area after the reconstruction of the retail park will amount to approx. 18,000 sq m, with space for over 30 outlets. Among the companies that have already rented space in Ozimska Park, there is e.g. Kaufland and Sinsay. The general contractor of the investment is Daldehog. Mallson and JLL are responsible for leasing the space, while Scallier is in charge of supervising the commercialization.
