"Logistic Park Opole" is a project of an industrial and warehouse implemented by us in Chrząstowice near Opole in the Opolskie Voivodeship. The investment is distinguished by its attractive location - proximity to the city of Opole (10 km) and cities such as Wrocław, Katowice and Częstochowa (100 km), and in particular close access to the highwaya: A4 (30 km) and the A1: 70 km. The advantage of the location is not only the logistic potential, but also the assembly and industrial one, with the vision of servicing not only the Polish market, but also the entire market of EU member states. The investment will be equipped with photovoltaics and charging stations for electric vehicles. The area of the facility is to amount to 18 050 sqm. We have now started the commercialization process. The opening is planned for the turn of 2024 and 2025.
