A new retail park will be built on the site of shopping centre named Glinki.

The property will be redeveloped, resulting in Redkom Development will accomplish construction of the most modern retail park in the area with Carrefour as the grocery tenant.

The new retail park with a total area of around 16,000 GLA and 25 shops and service units will offer residents of Bydgoszcz a wide range of goods, from fashion to beauty, home products or DIY. As many as 500 parking spaces will be an additional amenity. It is scheduled to open to customers in Q1 of 2026.
