Redkom Development specializes in the construction of medium and large retail parks, industrial facilities such as production halls, and logistics buildings including warehouses. The company has recently expanded its portfolio to include residential projects and is currently developing the Nowa Młynówka apartment complex in Jelenia Góra.

To date, Redkom has delivered more than 60,000 m2 of retail space (GLA) in retail parks across Poland. Completed investments include Park Glinianka (currently operating as BIG Łubna) near Warsaw, Ozimska Park in Opole, Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała, and Przystanek Karkonosze, located on the outskirts of Karpacz.

The company continues to consistently expand its investment portfolio. Currently under construction are several additional retail parks with a total GLA of approximately 90,000 m2. These projects are being developed in Otwock (Świderek), Bydgoszcz (Comfy Park), Dzierżoniów (BIG Dzierżoniów), as well as in Lublin and Białystok. All these developments are scheduled to open in 2026.

Through cooperation with well-known and trusted partners, the company delivers projects that receive numerous nominations in prestigious industry competitions, including CEEQA, Property Forum, CIJ Awards, CEE Retail Awards, and European Property Awards.

Redkom Development has been honored with the title of Retail Developer of the Year, winning awards at the CEE Retail Awards three times in 2025 and 2026, as well as at the Baltic Real Estate Awards in 2025.

Retail developments completed by the company—including Park Glinianka, Ozimska Park, and Comfy Park Bielik, as well as the currently developed Comfy Park in Bydgoszcz—have also received numerous industry awards.
