The new shopping complex, with an area of approximately 16 000 square metres, will be located in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz.
Thanks to its direct proximity to routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, Przystanek Karkonosze will be an extremely attractive destination for thousands of residents of the surrounding villages and towns, as well as numerous tourists visiting the region every year.
Przystanek Karkonosze is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025.
In addition to a recognizable food operator, the project envisages around 30 retail and service points of sales, including fashion shops, a drive-thru restaurant and 400 parking spaces.
