The project concerns the development of a built-to-suit logistics facility in Szczawno-Zdrój, tailored to the operational requirements of an international logistics operator and focused on efficient last-mile delivery services.
The development will deliver a standalone package sorting and distribution center, comprising a modern warehouse equipped with cross-docking functionality, supported by well-designed office space. The site layout includes a dedicated maneuvering yard as well as parking areas for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient circulation.
Planned to operate on a continuous 24/7 basis, the facility is designed with an emphasis on operational efficiency, durability, and user comfort. Sustainability remains a key priority, with the building targeting a BREEAM “Very Good” certification, underscoring its commitment to environmentally responsible standards.
