The industrial and warehouse facility will have a total area of 23,740 sqm, including 22,865 sqm of warehouse space and 875 sqm of social and office space. The commencement of works is planned for the first half of next year, and their completion at the turn of 2024 and 2025.
The advantage of the investment is its location – the proximity of Opole (10 km) or cities such as Wrocław, Katowice and Częstochowa (approx. 100 km), as well as the proximity to the highways: A4 (30 km) and A1 (70 km) and to the border with Czech Republic (54 km) and Germany (240 km). “Logistic Park Opole” will be equipped with photovoltaics and charging stations for electric vehicles.
