We are pleased to announce that REDKOM Development has been nominated in CEEQA24 competition in 3 categories:
- Developer of the year,
- Rising Star Company of the year
- Retail Development of the year – for Park Glinianka and Ozimska Park retail park projects.
In 2023, REDKOM Development has delivered 27,000 sq m of retail parks in Poland, with more than 60,000 sq m currently under development.
REDKOM Development specializes in the construction of retail parks, production halls and logistics facilities as well as the revitalization of older retail complexes. Thanks to cooperation with recognizable and reliable investment partners and service providers, we create competition-winning commercial projects that fit the needs of local markets and residents.
Examples are the two retail parks submitted for the CEEQA 2024 competition – Park Glinianka located in Łubna near Warsaw and Ozimska Park in Opole.
Both retail parks were awarded in the European Property Awards 2023, as well as being nominated in the CEE Retail Awards and CIJ Awards Poland.
