The Kodano Optyk chain is growing at an impressive speed in Poland, so it cannot be missed in the newly developed retail destination which, due to its potential, will ‘swirl’ the retail market in Bielsko-Biała.
The new retail park under construction in place of Tesco will open at the end of this year, offering a wide range of products available in 30 shops and a retail area of 17,000 GLA.
The food tenant in the facility will be the well-known grocery store Kaufland
Kodano is a Polish chain with nearly 100 stores in the country, known for its high-quality optical services and a wide selection of products from recognised brands.
What characterises the brand are attractive price promotions, its own brands and the production of eyeglass lenses in its own laboratory. At the moment, Kodano holds the lowest prices in the optical market, so the number of satisfied customers and brand awareness is growing extremely rapidly.
‘’Our presence in the newly built park in Bielsko-Biała is mandatory for us – it will be a unique facility in the whole region.
We appreciate that, in addition to retail, it will have a well-developed service segment, thanks to which it will attract a large part of the population. What is new for Kodano is the introduction of a partner system and a referral programme, which significantly influences the dynamics of the chain’s expansion. Thanks to this, Kodano is present in both large cities and smaller towns, where demand for our products is equally high”. Konrad Kuska, Franchise Manager, Kodano Optyk.
