The Bydgoszcz Glinki shopping centre will be redeveloped by Redkom Development, resulting in the creation of the most modern retail park in the area with Carrefour as the grocery tenant.
The new retail destination with an area of around 16,000 GLA and 25 shops and service units will offer residents of Bydgoszcz a wide range of goods, from fashion to beauty, home, pet, DIY and medical clinics. Additional amenities will include 500 parking places.
It is scheduled to open to customers in Q4 2025.
The redevelopment of the facility will bring back the mentioned retail and the extensive offer of Carrefour, one of the world’s leading retailers, will strengthen the position of the new retail park on the city map.
