A retail park in Bielsko-Biała, which has been transferred from the portfolio of Redkom Development to Newgate Investment, has been given a name that will soon appear on the façade of the building.
Newgate Investment has launched a new retail park brand on the Polish market: Comfy Park, thus the retail park under construction in Bielsko-Biała will be renamed Comfy Park Bielik.
Regardless of the sale, Redkom Development is still responsible for the construction and commercialisation of the facility.
The planned opening of Comfy Park Bielik retail park is Q4 2024.
It will be the largest retail park in the region, with 17,000 sq.m. GLA, a grocery operator – Kaufland and a strong tenant mix, as well as a wide range of services. The facility is being built in a traditionally commercial location that previously provided, among others, a Tesco hypermarket.
