Ozimska Park in Opole, which is among the projects completed in 2023 by Redkom Development, is constantly developing its range of shops and services. The facility with a retail area of 17,000 GLA is an example of how the retail park formula works even in large cities where there is no shortage of retail space.
In Ozimska Park appeared for the first time in Opole such popular brands as: Woolworth, Dealz, Verona, Jula, Carry, NKD and Tilia.
The success of Ozimska Park is the sum of many components: 26 retail and service points, unique brands, Kaufland – a strong grocery operator, popular food and beverage chains, as well as the entire infrastructure with a spacious car park for more than 450 cars and an area with benches and trampolines.
The tenant portfolio has recently been joined by NKD and Carry expanding their clothing offer, Verona – a jewellery shop, Zielona Tilia with medical and herbal products and the popular Żabka shop and Itaka travel agency.
But that’s not all, two restaurants are opening in July to complement the range of service units: Sphinx and Popolo Pizza&Pasta.

Ozimska Park is undoubtedly the most modern retail park in the region and its architecture was recognised and awarded in the European Property Awards 2023, where it won in the Commercial Renovation / Redevelopment Poland category. The building is the result of the redevelopment of the former Galeria Ozimska operating next to a Tesco shop.
