The construction of the largest retail park in the Karkonosze region has begun.
In Miłków, on the outskirts of Karpacz, a retail park with a commercial area of 16,000 sq m will be constructed. The facility is designed for approximately 30 retail and service units and 400 parking spaces. A Lidl supermarket will operate in Przystanek Karkonosze.
The opening is scheduled for the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2025.
The project is being developed in cooperation with Trasko Invest Sp. z o.o., which is the general contractor, and Gleeds Polska, responsible for comprehensive project coordination. Artside Architekci is responsible for the architectural design.
