Redkom Development has built, commercialized and opened the largest retail park in Bielsko-Biała located at 180 Warszawska Street.
The 5th of December was the opening of Comfy Park Bielik, a retail park which was created as a result of the redevelopment of a Tesco shop and a shopping centre operating in this destination for many years.
Almost thirty shops and service outlets have been opened on more than 19,000 m2 of retail area, including a modern Kaufland supermarket occupying more than 5,000 m2 and being the chain’s 250th unit in Poland. A Komfort chain shop is also under construction.
Commercialization was based on well-known retail chains, including the anchor of everyday shopping, the mentioned Kaufland shop, as well as the introduction of newcomers, e.g. Woolworth, a brand making its debut on the Polish market, or the previously absent Burger King restaurant in the Drive Thru format.
The opening of the new retail park has contributed to the formation of the largest shopping area in the city. Together with the nearby Castorama, Moya petrol station and Mercury Market, Comfy Park Bielik is the most desirable address associated with convenient and unlimited shopping.
The current owner of Comfy Park Bielik is Newgate Investment, which owns a number of retail parks in its portfolio, including Ozimska Park – an investment also developed in Opole by Redkom Development.
