The transaction of Redkom’s purchase of the Otwock project was brokered by Mallson Polska, which is responsible for the commercial concept of the retail park and its leasing.
The new commercial location will include the most well-known large chain stores as well as local retail and service units. There will also be a large grocery store and a spacious parking lot for about 800 cars.
Świderek is scheduled to be opened in 2026.
