We have completed the expansion of the Ozimska Park retail park in Opole.
As part of the investment, 1,200 m² of new leasable area (GLA) was created, bringing the total area of the complex to over 18,000 m².
The new section has enriched the park’s offer with popular brands such as CCC, Worldbox, and Dr Materac.
The extension of the facility marks another stage in its steady development. Ozimska Park was fully developed and commissioned by our company, with its official opening taking place in November 2023. In 2024, Redkom finalized the sale of the investment, which is now part of Newgate Investment’s portfolio.

The general contractor for the investment was Fuste Sp. z o.o., while the architectural design was prepared by MODO Architektura, the studio behind the overall architectural concept of the reatil park.
Ozimska Park gained international recognition in 2024, receiving distinctions at the European Property Awards in the categories of Retail Architecture Poland and Commercial Renovation / Redevelopment Poland.
