During this year’s awards ceremony, one of our flagship projects developed in cooperation with NEWGATE INVESTMENT was also recognised. COMFY PARK Bydgoszcz received the Refurbishment of the Year award. The jury acknowledged the project for its well-planned and comprehensive transformation, as well as for introducing a new urban and functional quality.
The Bydgoszcz development is currently under construction, with its opening scheduled for May this year. The project is designed to deliver a modern retail park that addresses the evolving expectations of both customers and tenants, offering excellent accessibility alongside a compelling retail and service mix.
