Tarnów is the central city of the Tarnów agglomeration, located in the Małopolska Voivodeship.
One of the city's strongest points is its location - at the crossroads of important European trade routes: International route E4 from West to East (Zgorzelec - Medyka) intersects with national road 73 from North to South (Warsaw - Nowy Sącz - border with Slovakia).
The projected retail park will be located in the eastern part of Tarnów, in the vicinity of Lwowska Street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also part of national road No. 73.
The planned retail area of the facility is 23,000 m2. It is expected to be opened in 2027.
