The Elisium - luxury apartments building complex will be constructed in the hills of La Quinta in the municipality of Benahavis, close to Marbella seaside resort. The complex will consist of 24 flats, ranging in size from 110 to 150, placed in four buildings.

These will include penthouses with a roof terrace and swimming pool, single-level flats on the first floor with a garden and swimming pool, and a flat with a pool and garden on the ground floor.

In addition to the pools belonging to each flat, space is also provided for a communal pool and a gym.

The garage will be located in the basement/level -1. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2024. Date of completion - 2026.
