A new retail park will be built on the site of CH Glinki. Hence the influence for the new name of the facility, which will operate as Nowe Glinki.

The property will be redeveloped, resulting in Redkom Development will build the most modern retail park in the area with Carrefour as the grocery tenant.

The new retail destination with an area of around 16,000 GLA and 25 shops as well as service units will offer a wide range of goods in a variety of different store sectors.

As many as 500 parking spaces will be an additional amenity. The opening to customers is planned for Q1 2026. In addition to its modern and aesthetically attractive form, the new building will also meet the requirements to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
