Comfy Park Bydgoszcz
A new retail park is being developed on the site of the Glinki Shopping Center, a second-generation facility. The property will undergo a major reconstruction, resulting in Redkom Development delivering the most modern retail park in the area, with Carrefour as the grocery anchor tenant.
The new retail complex, located in a particularly attractive and prominent part of Bydgoszcz at 115 Jana Pawła II Avenue, will feature approximately 20,000 sqm of GLA across two phases. The opening of the first stage is planned for Q1 2026.
An appealing retail offer will be ensured by around 22 stores representing well-known and popular retail chains, as well as various service points.
An additional convenience will be the availability of as many as 500 parking spaces.
Beyond its modern and aesthetic design, the new facility will also meet the requirements for obtaining a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
