Ozimska Park in Opole – a modern retail destination developed by REDKOM Group
Ozimska Park is a modern retail park developed in Opole by REDKOM Park Opole, a company belonging to the REDKOM Group.
The project represents a unique destination on the regional retail map, combining shopping, service, and leisure functions within one cohesive concept. The retail park is located at 72 Ozimska Street, in a well-established commercial area situated close to the city center of Opole and directly adjacent to Voivodeship Road No. 423. The official opening of the complex took place in November 2023, while in October 2025 the expansion of Ozimska Park was completed, adding 1,200 m² of new gross leasable area (GLA). The total leasable area of the park now exceeds 18,000 m², making Ozimska Park the largest retail park in Opole and its surroundings.
The newly completed section has enriched the tenant mix with popular brands such as CCC, Worldbox, and Dr Materac, further enhancing the attractiveness of the project for both tenants and customers in the region.

Since 2024, the property has been owned by Newgate Investment, a long-term investor specializing in the management and value creation of retail real estate assets.
