The new retail park, with an area of approx. 24,000 sqm, will be located in Otwock, close to the expressway, which is driven every day by tens of thousands of cars in the direction of Warsaw and from the capital in the direction leading to Garwolin and Lublin.

The Świderek retail park is designed to accommodate around 30 shops and service points, including a large grocery shop.

A spacious car park for more than 800 cars will be an additional asset to the new shopping destination.

Świderek is scheduled to open in 2026.
