The commercialization process of the Redkom Logistic Opole investment has been completed.
A lease agreement has been signed with SFD S.A., a well-recognized Polish brand operating in the health & fitness sector.
At the same time, construction of the project has commenced and building works are already underway. The development comprises 14,300 sqm of modern build-to-suit warehouse space, with the possibility of future expansion up to 18,000 sqm. The facility will serve an important logistics function, supporting the tenant’s further operational growth.
SFD S.A., Poland’s first e-commerce platform specializing in dietary supplements, has been dynamically expanding its operations in Poland and across European markets for many years. The new warehouse facility in Opole represents another step in strengthening the company’s logistics infrastructure.
Full leasing of the project at the construction stage confirms the attractiveness of the location as well as the growing demand for modern logistics facilities tailored to individual tenant requirements.
The investment benefits from a highly attractive location—close to the city of Opole (10 km) and within approximately 100 km of major cities such as Wrocław, Katowice, and Częstochowa, with particularly convenient access to the A4 motorway (30 km) and the A1 motorway (70 km).
