On August 28, 2025, Przystanek Karkonosze opens its doors – 15,400 m² of modern retail space at the gateway to the Karkonosze Mountains, one of the most beautiful regions of Poland 🏔️
Among the tenants of Przystanek Karkonosze are well-known brands that guarantee an attractive and diverse shopping offer, including Lidl, Half Price, 4F, Martes Sport, Wojas, Sinsay, Ochnik, CCC, Rossmann, Pepco, Worldbox, Diverse, Action, New Yorker, Media Expert, TEDi, Berlin Doner Kebap, So! Coffee Park, KiK, Apart, Douglas, and many others.
Thanks to a carefully selected group of tenants, Przystanek Karkonosze provides customers with a comprehensive offer – from everyday shopping to fashion and electronics, as well as sports equipment, cosmetics, and jewelry.
The facility offers a parking lot for approximately 400 cars.
The certification process is underway, through which the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park will obtain a BREEAM rating of Very Good. During construction, a number of procedures were implemented to meet certification requirements. A sustainable procurement policy was introduced, ensuring that EPD-certified materials are given priority, and all wood materials carry certificates to guarantee legal sourcing. The project and the choice of a heating source (heat pumps) significantly reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.
The facility will feature 8 charging stations for electric vehicles, promoting sustainable transport options. Landscaping includes greenery planting and insect hotels (in cooperation with a qualified ecologist). These measures ensure a positive impact on the local ecosystem.
The successful completion of the investment is the result of synergy and the experience of renowned partners involved in the project.
