Comfy Park Bydgoszcz, a new retail park developed on the site of the former Glinki Shopping Centre — a second-generation retail asset — will officially open on 27 May 2026. Following a comprehensive redevelopment of the property, Redkom Development has delivered what is set to become the most modern retail park in the area, anchored by Carrefour as the food retailer.
The scheme is located in a southern part of Bydgoszcz, at 115 Jana Pawła II Avenue, close to large residential neighbourhoods. Comfy Park Bydgoszcz offers approximately 16,000 sqm of GLA, with further expansion already planned.
The retail and service offer will comprise around 20 well-known brands and operators, including Carrefour, Centrum Rowerowe, Xtreme Kids, Xtreme Fitness, Dr Materac, TEDi, Pepco, Rossmann, Bottlery, Jysk, Piekarnia Grochola, Żabka, Łap Ciuszek, Media Expert, Maxi Zoo, Sinsay and Woolworth.
Redkom Development is responsible for both the development and leasing of the project, while the owner of Comfy Park Bydgoszcz is Newgate Investment..
An additional convenience is the availability of as many as 500 parking spaces.
Beyond its modern and aesthetic design, the new facility will also meet the requirements for obtaining a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
