The Przystanek Karkonosze retail park being developed by Redkom Development on the suburbs of Karpacz in Miłków is attracting increasing interest from tenants.
Sinsay, one of LPP’s leading brands, has joined the lease agreements signed by Redkom Development with Lidl Polska and the 4F chain.
Sinsay was established in 2013 and is constantly expanding its sales network offering clothing, beauty products, home accessories and many accessories at attractive prices.
The brand is present with its stationary and online offer in more than 20 markets in Europe. Today, Sinsay is an example of success and one of the most popular brands, appreciated on the one hand for its wide range of products and on the other for the high affordability of its offer. The chain of over a thousand Sinsay shops will be joined by another store in the retail park Przystanek Karkonosze.
An attribute of Sinsay’s stores is the neutral architecture, thanks to which the assortment benefits from the best possible exposure. The concept creates a balanced background for merchandise full of colour and variety.

Przystanek Karkonosze is undoubtedly part of the unique landscape of the region, which has been an attraction for tourists from Poland and abroad for years. The facility will offer 17,000 m2 of retail space planned for approximately 30 shops and service outlets also intended to support the sales of local businesses. The opening of the retail park is Q2/Q3 2025.
