The opening of BIG Dzierżoniów on 21 May 2026 attracted shoppers not only from the town itself, but also from across the wider region.
Developed by us, the retail park is located in the heart of Dzierżoniów, on Batalionów Chłopskich Street near the Silesiana roundabout. The scheme benefits from excellent accessibility, including direct connections to the DW384 regional road linking Dzierżoniów with Bielawa.
Offering close to 17,000 sqm of GLA, BIG Dzierżoniów is set to become a key regional shopping destination.
