It will be the largest retail facility in the region of Dzierżoniów and nearby Bielawa.
The company plans to open about 30 stores and service premises on approximately 17,000 sqm of retail space. There will be one of the leading grocery discounters, as well as units for local businesses.
The portfolio of tenants in the Dzierżoniów retail park will be mostly built up by flagship chain stores offering clothing, footwear, drugstore, sports or home products. A distinctive feature of the emerging retail destination is the exceptionally strong representation of fashion brands. Announced tenants include, among others: CCC, HalfPrice, Worldbox, eobuwie, Reserved, Cropp, House, Pepco, Sinsay, Big Star, New Yorker, Ochnik, and Diverse. The offer will be further complemented by well-known brands from other categories, such as Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Douglas, Martes Sport, and Dr Materac. Importantly, the leasing process is still ongoing, and additional tenants are yet to be announced.
The rich offer will be addressed to customers of all age groups.
The new facility will be built near the city center, next to provincial road No. 384. The retail park is scheduled to open in 2026.
