Białystok is the largest city in north-eastern Poland and the capital of the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

The city is the administrative, economic, scientific and cultural centre of the region.

This is where a modern retail park with a retail area of approximately 14,000 m2 will be constructed.

The facility is planned to accommodate around 20 shops and service points. A car park with 400 parking spaces will be built next to the retail park. The construction began in November 2025.

The retail park will be located on Generała Władysława Andersa Street near the Podlaskie Centrum Rolno-Towarowe.

The facility is scheduled to be opened in Q4 2026.
