Tarnów is the central hub of the Tarnów agglomeration, located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. One of the city’s key advantages is its strategic location at the intersection of important European trade routes. The international E4 route, connecting Western and Eastern Europe (Zgorzelec – Medyka), intersects here with national road no. 73, which runs north–south (Warsaw – Nowy Sącz – Slovak border).

The planned retail park will be developed in the eastern part of Tarnów, in the vicinity of Lwowska Street – one of the city’s main arteries and part of national road no. 73. This location will ensure excellent accessibility both for residents of Tarnów and for customers from the surrounding region.

The new development, with a total retail area of approximately 35,000 sqm, will comprise a modern retail park with nearly 30 units featuring independent entrances directly from the external parking area, providing convenient and efficient access for shoppers. The scheme will offer residents of Tarnów a wide and attractive retail mix. Confirmed tenants include Lidl Polska – one of the most popular grocery retailers in the country. The complex will also feature an Agata Meble furniture store, further strengthening the project’s retail offering.

The development will also stand out thanks to its leisure component – it will be one of the first retail parks in Poland to include a cinema. A modern five-screen Cinema City multiplex will be developed as part of the project.

The opening of the complex is planned for 2027.
