At the foot of Kasprowy Wierch in Zakopane within walking distance from the railway in Kuźnice, there is a historic Hotel Imperial Zakopane which, after modernization, will become a luxurious and modern hotel. As REDKOM Development, we are a co-investor of the project involving the reconstruction and extension of a historic building.
In 2020, a company Imperial Zakopane acquired the hotel and commenced the design works, which are continued with our participation. The hotel under the well-known and exclusive Movenpick brand (Accor group) will comprise approx. 140 apartments located in the old and new part of the building. The development process is being implemented by Europlan – an acclaimed hotel and residential developer known for such investments as Lakehill Hotel in Sosnówka, Sanssouci Hotel in Karpacz and Radisson in Ostróda.
