In 2026, Silesiana – a modern next-generation retail park – will debut in Dzierżoniów. With a leasable area of approximately 17,000 m², it is already attracting the attention of top fashion, drugstore, service, and gastronomy brands. Thanks to its exceptionally strong tenant mix, the project combines all the functions of a traditional shopping center with the accessibility and flexibility typical of retail parks.
The scale of the investment and the presence of well-known brands make Silesiana poised to become a new regional shopping hub whose significance will extend far beyond the city limits and successfully meet the needs of the entire microregion.
The facility will house around 30 retail and service units, along with a strong grocery anchor.
What makes this project particularly unique is the participation of popular brands previously associated mainly with large shopping malls. Among them is Reserved, a brand that until now has primarily opened stores in shopping centers – a clear sign of confidence in the potential of this development. Other tenants include Cropp, House, Sinsay, CCC, HalfPrice, Eobuwie, Worldbox, New Yorker, Diverse, Dr Materac, and Martes Sport.
70% of the space was commercialized in just five months, and the remaining units are currently in the final stages of lease negotiations with future tenants.
