On 15 September 2026, Redkom Development marked another key milestone in the delivery of its retail park in Tarnów with a cornerstone ceremony. The scheme will be the largest retail park in the city and one of the larger developments of its kind currently under construction in Poland.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of Redkom Development, General Contractor SPEC BAU Polska, project partners and the Tarnów city authorities. As part of the event, a time capsule containing the signed Foundation Act was placed within the foundations of the building, marking the progress of the development.
Located on Lwowska Street, the scheme will deliver nearly 35,000 sqm of GLA and bring together a broad mix of retail, services and leisure. Around 30 units are planned across key categories, including grocery, fashion and footwear, home and interiors, consumer electronics, sports and leisure, and health and beauty.
Lidl will anchor the grocery offer, while a five-screen Cinema City will add a significant leisure component to the scheme. It will be one of the first full-scale cinemas in Poland to form part of a retail park, further broadening the traditional retail park offer and strengthening the scheme as a destination in its own right.
The development is located on Lwowska Street, along National Road 73, one of Tarnów’s main arterial routes. The site offers convenient access from across the city and is well positioned to attract customers from the wider regional catchment area.
The retail park is scheduled to open in 2027.
