We are pleased to announce the opening of the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park – the most modern and largest facility of its kind in the Karkonosze region.
On Thursday, 28 August 2025, we held a grand opening ceremony for this investment, which is an important landmark on the region’s commercial map. Located in Miłków, on the outskirts of Karpacz, the facility was designed with residents and tourists visiting the Karkonosze Mountains in mind, offering a modern space for shopping and leisure.
Architecturally, Przystanek Karkonosze blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape, and its design refers to Śnieżka towering above the horizon, providing a friendly and functional place for both everyday shopping and social integration.
The facility has 400 parking spaces and a wide range of shops, including renowned brands and stores tailored to the needs of various customer groups. Tenants include: Lidl, Rossmann, Douglas, Sinsay, CCC, 4F, Martes Sport, Wojas, New Yorker, Ochnik, Diverse, Pepco, TEDi, HalfPrice, Worldbox and MediaExpert. We are planning to expand the range of shops in the near future, including a KiK store and more.
Przystanek Karkonosze also offers catering facilities for tourists and residents who want to enjoy tasty meals while shopping. The facility includes restaurants such as Berlin Doner Kebap, Łoscypki and Szczyt Smaku, and soon also So! Coffee Park, providing a variety of options for visitors.
The opening ceremony was accompanied by numerous attractions, especially for children, including inflatable slides, balloon animations, candy floss, washable tattoos, live mascots, soap bubbles, bull rodeo, as well as educational events such as Giganci Programowania stand and a gaming tent.
For adults, we organized a competition with prizes for purchases. Customers could count on very attractive discounts and promotions in every store.
Miłków has gained a lot, as the retail park has become not only a shopping destination but also a local attraction and, importantly, it has generated new jobs for the local community.
