We have started the second phase of construction at Ozimska Park, a retail park in Opole. This expansion will add 1,200 sqm of new leasable area, with well-known tenants such as CCC, Worldbox, and Dr Materac set to join.
The construction will be completed, and the new retail space is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Once the expansion is finished, the complex will offer over 18,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), enhancing its appeal to residents and solidifying its position as a key retail destination in Upper Silesia. Ozimska Park was developed by Redkom Development and officially opened in November 2023.
The retail park is located at 72 Ozimska Street, a well-established commercial area near the center of Opole, directly adjacent to Provincial Road No. 423. The site benefits from excellent public transport connections, with stops for 11 bus lines nearby. Additionally, it boasts a well-developed road network and a parking area for approximately 500 vehicles, making it easily accessible for customers arriving by car.
Current tenants at Ozimska Park include well-known brands such as Jula, Vive Profit, Woolworth, Kaufland, NKD, Media Expert, Orange, Hendi, TEDi, Pepco, Dealz, Sinsay, Przyjazna Apteka, Carry, Itaka, Rossmann, Żabka, Piekarnia Hert, and the Sphinx restaurant.
The current owner of Ozimska Park is Newgate Investment, which acquired the property from Redkom Development in 2024.
